Dowty Seal

The Bonded Seal (Dowty) comprises of standard combination of a carbon steel (mild steel) annulus cold-rolled, square or rectangular in section, to which an elastomeric ring (Nitrile 90 IRHD) of trapezoidal section is bonded. The dowty Seal was developed to replace copper type washers in high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic threaded connections. The standard product is supplemented by a range of self-centring Bonded Seals (Dowty) that eliminate the possibility of leakage due to offset during assembly. Custom designs can also be accommodated to suit application requirements.

Silicone gasket :

We manufacture high quality Silicone Rubber Gasket that are widely used in different industrial applications. They are used to prevent gas or fluid leakage by acting as barrier between two surfaces. These gaskets safely maintain seal under temperature and pressure changes. The material used in die cut gasket is a flat sheet that is already cut from flat gasket material or cut prior to assembly.

Teflon Seal :

The teflon seal are supplemented with self centering bonded seals to eliminate the possibility of leakage due to offset during assembly.

Method of Operation : The metal ring resists the pressure bursting forces and thereby limits the deformation of the elastomeric element and hence prevents over-compression and extrusion.
    

Rubber Gasket :

Cut Gasket or Rubber Gasket  are cut from moulded sheets. Important size dimensions that need to be considered while selecting washer includes:

• Inside diameter
• Outside diameter
• Thickness or working height
• Rated or working load
• Hardness: 30 ~ 95 Durometer on shore A scale for gasket

Teflon Gasket :

The Spiral Wound Gaskets "Creative Elastomers" are composed of a metallic continuous stripe with a special shaped profile, coupled with a continuous filing stripe (Asbestos, PTFE, Grafoil etc) evenly wound in concentric fibre under constant stress.
    

Diaphragms :

Custom Rubber diaphragms from rubber, rubber-fabric combinations, and specialty materials, die-cut Rubber diaphragms and gaskets from coated fabrics, unsupported elastomers, and commercial fiber / paperboard gasketing are available, as are insert molded Rubber diaphragms and over molded Rubber diaphragms. Specialized Rubber diaphragms assemblies are also manufactured.
